The app has limitations prior to the event with little information until the day of. I could add team members but not delete a member who accidentally registered twice. I was not impressed with the game play. It did not stick close to the theme. The geo location in the app was often inaccurate and had to constantly be recalibrated. The potential for this app and these games is huge. My experience fell short, and I will not be participating again in the future.

This was our fifth CluedUpp game and will be our last. I'm the past, the game unlocked clues near us and we followed the path back to the start. Today was terrible. We had to run all around the city multiple times. There were certain areas we had to take a time penalty because of construction blocking off the area and making it dangerous. If we had known that, we wouldn't have spent the time walking there to start with. Support was zero help.

Not as advertised at all! alot of needlessly crossing street just to turn around and go back across the street. Wasn't planned in a safe area especially for children. Nothing harry potter themed at all. Very confusing we ended up just guessing after we decided to sit at a restaurant and just take the time penalties. The "challenges" was just things like shake the phone, scream into your phone.. All very very basic. Not worth the ticket and I got 80% off!
